Reception Facilities
Reception staff will deal with your visitors and sort all incoming mail.

All residents and their employees are issued with permits for which there is a small monthly charge per office.  There is no charge for visitor parking.

Heating, Light and Power
Central Heating is available within all units.  Electricity for lighting and normal power usage within the units is included in the Licence Fee.  3 phase electricity in our industrial units is charged separately. 

Water and Business Rates
Aizlewood's Mill has been rated as one business which reduces residents' overheads.  Water charges are also included in the Licence Fee.

Access, Security and Loading
Residents have access to the building 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, using an access card to open the main entrance or the rear loading bay.  There is an intercom link to all units at the front entrance for out-of-hours visitors.  This system offers a flexible working time without comprising on the overall security of the building.

The building is protected by a sophisticated alarm system which, when triggered, alerts security wardens.

The loading bay is situated to the rear of the building and allows delivery of goods to all floors via the goods lift.

Building Insurance
Residents are covered by Aizlewood Business Centre building insurance for fire and the usual building risks.

Cleaning
All common areas and windows are cleaned on a regular basis.

Refuse Disposal
All refuse disposal costs are included in the Licence Fee, including Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).

Recycling Facilities
Recycling facilities are included for paper, cardboard, inkjet and toner cartridges.
