If you are a small company and struggle having to either use an answering machine whilst on holiday or even don’t manage to get the relaxing holiday you deserve as you are still a slave to your mobile because you don’t want to miss out on business, our telephone answering service could be the just what you need. As well as offering a monthly on-going telephone answering service we can provide temporary holiday cover. We don’t mind how long you may need us to take calls for you, 1 day or 1 month – we’ve even provided telephone answering for an afternoon.
We can set up a number for you to divert your business telephone line to and this will 
come into 2 switchboards ready to answer your calls, this can be set up within a few hours so no need to worry if it’s a last minute decision we can be there for you. You can then let us know how you would like us to answer your calls and what to tell your callers, we will then e-mail messages over to you. Some customers just prefer a real person to let callers know that you are away on holiday or if you prefer we can let callers know that you’re unavailable at the moment but will get in touch when you are free – nobody needs to know you’re away from work if you’d prefer it that way.
We recently took calls for a company that were celebrating their 25th year of business and they were holding a staff away day – this was just for an afternoon, so time scales, however short can be catered for in exactly the same way as our long standing telephone answering customers.
Prices start from as little as £25.00 + VAT so a small price to pay if it saves a customer or even brings in a new client.
