It pays specific regard to the personal data of contacts that we collect on behalf of our customers when operating non-resident and reception services. We are not able to distinguish whether information provided to us is personal or commercial so we treat all information as personal.

We collect information from the Reception sign-in tablet, personal meetings, telephone calls and email exchanges between Aizlewood’s Mill Reception staff and your clients.

We use their information to inform you of their requirements and monitor use of car parks.
Who we share your information with
Due to the close connection between Aizlewood Business Centre and the owners of Aizlewood's Mill, who are Clearfuture Limited also based in Aizlewood's Mill, any information collected from your clients may be jointly used and stored. We will not share their information with any other organisations or individuals outside your organisation.
How we store their data
Copies of emails sent to you which contain third party data are stored in our Sent Items email folders and are deleted at the end of the month, no more than 3 months after the message is sent to you.
How long will we store your data
We will store their data for a maximum of 3 months after we have passed it onto you.
How can you access the data we hold about your clients
If you wish to obtain specific details about the information we hold about you, you can submit a request to The Designated Data Protection Officer, Aizlewood Business Centre, Aizlewood’s Mill, Nursery Street, Sheffield S3 8GG.The information requested will be available within one month.There will be no charge for suppling the information as long as the request is not manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive.
