Paris Marathon achievement

Reception's Kate Levick has taken part in the 2017 Paris Marathon this weekend. It was her first ever marathon and she finished in 5 hours and 8 minutes.
'The weather was very different to the conditions that we had trained in, it was 26 degrees and full sun and so it made for a very tough race. But I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the weekend and after a few weeks rest and recouperation i might consider another one!' Kate said.
Kate wanted to take part in the marathon to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Charity and The Stroke Association, raising over £1200 so far. That's a fantastic achievement, well done Kate!
