National Fitness Day 2018

26th September 2018

Wednesday 26th September is National Fitness Day, a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK.  As part of this we will be holding a Yoga style fitness session.  The session will take place in Unit 52 on the 5th floor on Wednesday 26th September at 12.30pm.  The session will be taken by Shell Ruther who is a qualified fitness instructor and also works at Timberplay on the 1st floor of the Mill.

Shell says "All abilities and levels of finess are welcome and it's ideal for anyone and everyone, the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life! During the sessions an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.  Please bring a yoga mat or towel if you are coming along and let Reception know!"

As MacMillan coffee morning falls on Friday 28th September and Reception will be taking part, we are asking for donations towards this amazing charity from everyone that attends the sessions - any donation is very welcome.  Thanks in advance and see you there!
