2017 – What a wonderful year!
We thought that 2016 was a brilliant year for Aizlewood's Mill, but 2017 has been even better! When we reached the magical 100% occupancy at the end of 2016 it seemed obvious that the results for the year to come could only be a disappointment, but how wrong we were. Yes, we have had a small number of tenants leave Aizlewood’s Mill, including Carillion Construction (no surprises there), and so we have a small number of offices to let but we have welcomed a host of new ones, including Dragon’s Den stars Sent into Space.
The number of virtual office clients has increased by almost 50% throughout the year, proving that the excellent reception facilities provided here are a real asset to the smallest of businesses. Remote working and working from home can be successful if you have a great team behind you, watching over you when you are busy. Our reception team can provide a range of services that are affordable, flexible and with no hidden fees for your business, allowing your business to have that professional image to help it flourish.
So, what’s around the corner for 2018? Well with 4 offices already taken in January things are looking good for 2018, here’s hoping we can accommodate all the enquiries that are flooding in.
Oh, and talking of flooding, the new flood defences are now complete so that’s a thing of the past too!
