Aizlewoods Business Centre provides a range of virtual office services for non-residents.

Our virtual office services are ideal for new businesses looking for a prestigious address, companies that are home based, mobile or simply need a local Sheffield business address or telephone number. The service is also ideal where a business requires flexible administrative support without the commitment of employed staff.  If you work from home or are a remote worker we can help.

Our reception team are on hand from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and can provide a range of services to meet your needs, some of which are listed below:

Accommodation Address

Using Aizlewood's Mill as your company's business address gives you that professional image and has many advantages.  Using our address instead of your home address is much more convenient for a business, especially if you are expecting deliveries as there is always someone to sign for items within office hours.  A start out company may even choose to move into one of our units as your business grows, and no need to contact customers to change address details.  Aizlewood's Mill can also be used as a Registered Address with Companies House.

If you opt for Mail Collection we will keep your mail in Reception for you until it is collected and is only £72.00 + VAT per quarter. Alternatively you could choose our Mail Forwarding Service where any mail received for you is forwarded onto you first class via Royal Mail, this costs £99.00 + VAT per quarter plus postage costs.

Telephone Answering Service

Our answering service is flexible and can be tailored to meet your needs.

Features of our telephone answering service include:

  • Your own dedicated phone number
  • Calls answered with your company name
  • Message-taking service (messages can be emailed straight to you or you can call during office hours and receive your message over the phone)
  • Out-of-office hours calls can be diverted to voicemail or to an alternative number of your choice

Tephone answering service costs £40.00 + VAT per month with the first 20 messages per month free of charge, messages are charged at 35p each thereafter.

Word Processing

We can type your documents and correspondence to your requirements.  We handle a wide variety of documents including reports, technical manuals, mail shots, labels etc. using the latest computer equipment and high quality laser printers.  Your documents are automatically stored for future reference, reprint or amendment.

We offer an A3 and A4 laminating service as well as comb and slide binding for your own documents or those we have produced for you to provide that final professional finish.


Our photocopier is one of the latest models and is able to produce high-quality digital black and white and full colour copies, enlargement and reduction of documents; it has an in-built scanner for use on documents up to A3 size. We can also print your documents from memory sticks.  Copying is available between 9.00am and 5.00pm, during which times our staff are on hand to assist you should any difficulties arise.

Outgoing Postal Services

As Royal Mail now charge less for franked mail than letters with stamps on, most Licencees take advantage of the Franked Post service at Aizlewood's Mill, saving them time and money each day.  It is possible to send Recorded and Special Delivery mail from Reception.


We can send and receive faxes on your behalf.  Our fax number can be used on your stationery.  We can also scan documents up to A3 and e-mail them to you.
