Telephone Answering ServiceIf your business does not have staff on hand to take incoming calls then our telephone answering service could be ideal for you. Having a real person answering incoming telephone calls rather than a voicemail message can give a more professional impression and a personal service.

Our answering service is flexible and can be tailored to meet your needs.

Features of our telephone answering service include:

  • Your own dedicated phone number
  • Calls answered with your company name
  • Message-taking service (messages can be emailed straight to you or you can call during office hours and receive your message over the phone)
  • Out-of-office hours calls can be diverted to voicemail or to an alternative number of your choice

Telephone answering is £40.00 + VAT per month with the first 20 messages free of charge.  Messages are charged at 35p each thereafter.
