Unit 37/38 is our featured office for January. 

Situated up on our 3rd floor this office has the benefit of double doors and a Juliet balcony.  The red brick walls to two sides and its exposed beams and cast iron pillar are in keeping with the original features of The Mill which was built in 1861.  Originally a flour mill, our building was converted into a business centre in 1990.

  • Security system for the main entrances,
  • Cleaning of common areas,
  • Normal refuse disposal and recyling services. 

All incoming mail to the building is sorted by the reception team for your business and we have a Royal Mail collection of outgoing mail Monday - Friday at 4.15pm

Ample car parking is available in our main car park with quick and easy access to the main routes in and out of the city centre.
