Unit 2 is our featured office for April. 

Situated on the ground floor, this office has the benefit of being located within easy access to the entrances to The Mill.  The red brick walls, exposed beams and high windows are in keeping with the original features of The Mill which was built in 1861.  Originally a flour mill, our building was converted into a business centre in 1990.

Unit 2 at Aizlewood's MillThe office would accomodate 4 people very comfortably, lending itself to a vriety of layouts and boasts the red brickwork that is a feature in many of our offices adding a quirky, individual style to the space.  Looking out from the back of the building, this office offers a wonderfully individual space whilst benefitting from the managed services that a shared office environment can offer.  Our services include postal facilities, meeting room hire with a choice of rooms to suit 2 people to 40 people, 24 hour secure access and a managed reception area.  We can answer your calls in your comapny name if you wish or divert your calls directly to your mobile.  Any visitors to The Mill will be given a very warm welcome by our Reception team and directed through our building to your office.

 

 

The price for this unit starts at £400.00 per month + VAT and this includes;

  • Business and water rates,
  • 24 hour access to the building,
  • Security system for the main entrances,
  • Internal office alarm,
  • Cleaning of common areas,
  • Normal refuse disposal and recyling services. 

All incoming mail to the building is sorted by the reception team for your business and we have a Royal Mail collection of outgoing mail Monday - Friday at 4.15pm

Ample car parking is available in our main car park with quick and easy access to the main routes in and out of the city centre.
