Situated on the 2nd floor, this is a small office, ideal for a new business or someone looking to take the step forward from working from home. The red brick walls, steel pillars and windows are in keeping with the original features of The Mill which was built in 1861. Originally a flour mill built for John Aizlewood, our building escaped demolition and was converted into a business centre in 1990.
The office would accomodate 2 people very comfortably, is an economic option for a small business or satelite office and boasts the red brickwork that is a feature in many of our offices adding a quirky, individual style to the space. Located in the Kelham Island Conservation area, this office offers a wonderfully individual space whilst benefitting from the managed services that a shared office environment can offer.
Our services include 24 hour secure access, a managed reception area to greet your staff and visitors and look after all your office requirements, postal facilities and meeting room hire with a choice of rooms to suit 2 people to 40 people. If you make use of our in house voice over ip telephone system, we can take your calls in your company name if required or divert your calls directly to your mobile. Any visitors to The Mill will be given a very warm welcome by our Reception team and directed through our building to your office.
The price for this unit starts at £275.00 per month + VAT and this includes;

- Normal refuse disposal and recyling services.
All incoming mail to the building is sorted by the reception team for your business and we have a Royal Mail collection of outgoing mail Monday - Friday at 4.15pm.
Ample car parking is available in our main car park with quick and easy access to the main routes in and out of the city centre.
