Executive Conference Room
The Executive Conference Room is designed for both formal and informal gatherings with the capacity to hold up to 50 people comfortably depending on its layout and is 1,130 square feet in size. It features an open plan arrangement with comfortable seating, a relaxation area and modular tables which can be arranged to suit your requirements.
Board Room
The Board Room is designed for more formal meetings with the capacity to hold approximately 15 people comfortably and is 400 square feet in size. The room features a large central table surrounded by comfortable seating.
Meeting and Interview rooms
As well the conference and boardroom facilities, Aizlewood Business Centre has two smaller meeting/interview rooms which can be hired by both residents and non-residents. Each room is 150 square feet in size. These rooms can be hired by the hour or day and can also be used in conjunction with either the Boardroom or Executive Conference Room to provide additional space.
Equipment
A full range of equipment is provided for use in all the conference and meeting rooms at no extra cost. Each room has a TV and DVD player, also available are overhead projector, slide projector, and flipchart stands. Flip chart pads are available to buy from Reception.
Refreshments
Buffet meals and light refreshments can be arranged at the time of booking from a variety of menus catering for all tastes. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits can also be provided for a small fee at any time during the day.
